After seeing the Google Form that was put together for the common survey I decided to take a stab at it and I think I am going to put something together for a formative assessment of a Photoshop lesson I will be giving next week. My mom was right....you do learn something new every day!
Thanks all

Me too Brad! I already put together a survey for my school. We order a school "shirt" every year. So I put together a quick survey on colors, and shirt versus sweatshirt. It was really quick and easy sent out to everyone with in minutes. I did not realize the ease of google docs. Hmmm MSU grads right?
I ended up doing the common survey on my own. I am curious about the Google Form. I went to Google first to try to figure out how to do a survey on there, and couldn't figure it out right away, so I just used Zoomerang. A lot of teachers want to see my results, but I will have to figure out some way to share the results without upgrading to the more expensive version of Zoomerang.
It's cool to see how so many people in our class are getting pumped about different ways we can use our new survey-making skills! Personally, I feel it is one of the best and most useful things I've learned from this class, so far (though I've been leaning a TON)!
Brad, I just want to thank you for helping me get to the evaluations for the presentations last night by signing me in to your e-mail. I don't know what I would have been able to do if you hadn't done that! I have to complete my paper tomorrow; I am not eager about that! We have to get a lot of information in a short amount of space. I have not really done much with freeware either. I guess I still have some more research to do. Again, thanks for your help Friday night!
Google Docs is a great tool I use almost every class. If you think the form is impressive you need to check out the advantages of using Google docs in a writing assignment. Like the ability to see who wrote what and when they did it. Google Docs was made for collaboration and that is what makes it so appealing in my classroom.
